In the process of reporting violence to the authorities, you can be accompanied by a Person of trust from our organisation who will provide you with emotional and psychological support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A Person of trust is an institute based on law and that person can be a family member, a friend, an adult you trust, but it is important to point out that it cannot be a person who can later be a witness or have some other role in the proceedings because they will not be able to be with you to give you support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from reporting, victims have the right to a Person of trust during the entire procedure \u2013 in the police, state attorney's office and in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Reach out to us with trust<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h2 id=\"at-5490\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Free legal counseling<\/h2><div id=\"ac-5490\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Providing legal assistance and support is a long-term activity of the B.a.B.e. association. SURF and SOUND project provided us with the opportunity to create a specialized counseling center aimed at combating gender-based online violence where you can get free support in the form of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>counseling in a situation of online violence (via SOS phone, website, email and personal contact - coming to the Counseling center)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>informing about the possibilities of obtaining legal, health and psychological assistance (through and beside the social welfare system)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal counseling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accommodation in a Women's shelter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">You can get <strong>legal advice<\/strong> by calling the phone numbers <strong>0800\/ 200 - 144 or<\/strong> <strong>01\/ 4611 - 351<\/strong> <strong>during the hours listed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/babe.hr\/en\/trebas-pomoc\/\" target=\"_self\">FREE LEGAL AID<\/a> cover page<\/strong> or by visiting the association&#039;s premises at <strong>Selska cesta 112A in person.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">For legal counseling in person at the association's premises at Selska cesta 112A<strong> please call 01\/ 4663 - 666 <\/strong>every working day from 8 am to 5 pm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h2 id=\"at-5492\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Free psychological counseling<\/h2><div id=\"ac-5492\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Victims of online violence often face psychological difficulties, and it is important to respond in a timely manner and seek professional help. Challenges and difficulties can increase over time, so don't wait and reach to us for psychological counseling and psychotherapy immediately. You can overcome your current difficulties and come out even stronger! Providing psychological assistance and counseling in crisis situations is a long-term activity of the B.a.B.e. association (via SOS telephone, website, email and personal contact).
