{"id":2047,"date":"2019-06-05T10:17:11","date_gmt":"2019-06-05T08:17:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/https:\/\/babe.hr\/\/1169-tenisicama-lily-protiv-nasilja-prema-zenama\/"},"modified":"2021-08-02T22:07:45","modified_gmt":"2021-08-02T20:07:45","slug":"1169-tenisicama-lily-protiv-nasilja-prema-zenama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/babe.hr\/en\/1169-tenisicama-lily-protiv-nasilja-prema-zenama\/","title":{"rendered":"Lily sneakers against violence against women"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><strong>Police Directorate<\/strong>, in collaboration with the company <strong>Borovo<\/strong>, June 10, 2019, with the support of <strong>City of Vukovar<\/strong> and <strong>Vukovar-Srijem County<\/strong> and other partners, including <strong>BaBe Association<\/strong>, will organize a drama and music event with a rich program where they will present <strong>National prevention project Lily.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The project is aimed at preventing violence against women and raising awareness among citizens about the issue itself, but also at empowering women in recognizing forms of gender-based violence and the importance of reporting it to the competent state bodies.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Lily sneakers are named after the judge. <strong>Lilijane Hvalec<\/strong>, who was killed on September 22, 1999, during a preliminary hearing in a divorce case at the Municipal Court in Zagreb.
