INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Project<strong>&nbsp;\"<strong><em>How Expertise Leads to Prevention, Learning, Identification, Networking and Ending Gender Based Violence (HELPLINE)<\/em><\/strong><strong>\"<\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;is financed by <em>Rights, Equality and Citizenship<\/em> European Union programs. <strong>Main goal<\/strong>&nbsp;The project aims to provide protection and support to women victims of gender-based violence by promoting a multidisciplinary approach to the problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Other goals are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>improvement of the existing system of support for women victims of gender-based violence by ensuring the multiplication of examples of good practice,<\/li>\n<li>ensuring sustainable&nbsp;<em>policy<\/em>&nbsp;solutions in accordance with the relevant EU directives,<\/li>\n<li>increasing the capacity of volunteers and experts who are in contact with women victims of violence and promoting cooperation between them,<\/li>\n<li>increasing effective protection and support for women victims of gender-based violence by improving existing support services for women victims and laying the foundations for an SOS national hotline for women victims of violence,<\/li>\n<li>raising awareness about the problem of gender-based violence and contributing to changes in attitudes and behavior related to the problem in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>2. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>2.1. User<\/strong>: BaBe Be active. Be emancipated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>2.2. Requested services<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDIA CAMPAIGN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The services requested by this request for quotation are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Concept for advertising campaign<\/li>\n<li>TV spot<\/li>\n<li>TV spot production<\/li>\n<li>Billboard<\/li>\n<li>Flyer<\/li>\n<li>Flyer production (1000 pieces)<\/li>\n<li>Web banner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>3. PROFILE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Relevant experience in implementing media campaigns to raise awareness;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in creating graphic and video content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>4. WORKING LANGUAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Croatian and English<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>5. LOCATION AND DURATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Republic of Croatia, September - December 2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>6.
