{"id":2430,"date":"2021-05-25T11:10:25","date_gmt":"2021-05-25T09:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/https:\/\/babe.hr\/\/1261-sastanak-u-ministarstvu-pravosuda-i-uprave\/"},"modified":"2021-08-02T22:10:40","modified_gmt":"2021-08-02T20:10:40","slug":"1261-sastanak-u-ministarstvu-pravosuda-i-uprave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/babe.hr\/en\/1261-sastanak-u-ministarstvu-pravosuda-i-uprave\/","title":{"rendered":"Meeting at the Ministry of Justice and Administration"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On May 24, 2021, at the initiative of the BaBe association, a working meeting was held at the premises of the Ministry of Justice and Administration with representatives of the Ministry.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The aim of the meeting was to stimulate discussion on current programs of the BaBe association and related topics from the scope of work of the Ministry, with special emphasis on criminal legislation and improving the legislative framework for the protection of victims of violence.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The meeting was attended on behalf of the Ministry by the Assistant Minister and Director of the Criminal Law Directorate, Vedrana \u0160imund\u017ea-Nikoli\u0107, the Head of the Sector for Criminal Law Regulations, Ana Kordej, and the Head of the Service for Criminal Substantive Law Regulations, Marlena Juki\u0107, as well as the coordinator of the BaBe association, Zdravka Sad\u017eakov, the lawyer and external associate of the association, Ines Boji\u0107, and the coordinator of the SURF and SOUND project, Dean \u0160ar\u010devi\u0107.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The topics of the meeting, in addition to improving the legislative framework for the protection of victims from violence, were the presentation of the work and programs of the BaBe association and the continuation of cooperation between the Ministry and the BaBe association on related issues and topics.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"http:\/\/https:\/\/babe.hr\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/ministarstvo_pravosudja_i_uprave_sastanak_24_5_b_a_b_e_1-300x169.png\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dana 24. svibnja 2021. na inicijativu udruge B.a.B.e. odr\u017ean je radni sastanak u prostorijama Ministarstva pravosu\u0111a i uprave s predstavnicama Ministarstva.
