The Observatory Gender Democracy and Human Rights (Observatorio Género Democracia y Derechos Humanos) and the League of Displaced Women (Liga de Mujeres Desplazadas),  organizacije koje djeluju u regiji Bolivar obavijestile su nas kako je ubijena  aktivistkinja, 31-godi\u0161nja Keila Esther Berrio Almanza, majka dvoje maloljetne djece.<\/p>\n

Keila je pripadala drugoj generaciji organizacije League of Displaced Women (Liga raseljenih \u017eena).<\/em> \u017divjela je u Gradu \u017eena (la Ciudad de las Mujeres<\/em>), projektu zapo\u010detom 2006., kao korisnica programa Mjere predostro\u017enosti Inter-ameri\u010dke komisije za ljudska prava (IACHR).<\/p>\n

Unato\u010d stalnim upozorenjima kako su neprekidno izvrgnute napadima sve \u010dlanice organizacije, kolumbijska vlada odbijala je poduzeti mjere za\u0161tite tvrde\u0107i kako su napadi sporadi\u010dni i neorganizirani. Iako je svima bila dobro znano kako su stalna meta Crnih orlova (Aguilas Negras) i Antikomunisti\u010dke armije, nitko od vlasti nije poduzimao ozbiljne korake za\u0161tite.<\/p>\n

 <\/strong>AKCIJA - Kolumbijske organiazcije mole ljude \u010ditavog svijeta da upute zahtjev kolumbijskog vladi i zahtijevaju da se aktivistkinje za\u0161tite od daljnjih napada i ubojstava pozivaju\u0107i se na Deklaraciju o za\u0161titnicima ljudskih prava.
