As part of the project "ZVONO - We empower non-governmental organizations with knowledge and skills", the BaBe association, Be active. Be emancipated., in partnership with the Association for Victim and Witness Support and the Vukovar-Srijem County, is organizing an Online Team Functioning Workshop.
The workshop will be held online, via the Zoom application, on May 3, 2023. The workshop will be focused on the presentation of tools and applications for the online functioning of teams/home offices (presentation of the functionality of platforms for online meetings Skype/Zoom/Teams), but also tools for online project management and project team communication, e.g. Slack and Trello.
After the workshop, with the help of the workshop leader, participants will have mentoring support in establishing functional and efficient remote work.
The duration of the project "ZVONO - We empower non-governmental organizations with knowledge and skills" is 15 months, and it is being implemented in the Vukovar-Srijem County. The project is co-financed by funds from the European Social Fund and the Office for Cooperation with NGOs of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and the total value is 63,393.24 euros, or 477,636.38 kuna.
