On September 13, 2018, the BaBe Budi aktivna. Budi emancipiran association participated in the Regional Days of EU Funds held in Vinkovci, organized by the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds. The event was held with the aim of educating and informing interested citizens about the numerous possibilities for using grants from EU funds.
On this occasion, we presented the project "UZOR - we learn together, we observe, we react" as an example of good practice. The aforementioned project is financed by the European Social Fund, and its goal is to stimulate interest in volunteering in Vukovar-Srijem County, with an emphasis on youth volunteering. As part of the project, 259 volunteer hours were achieved, among other things, to help children from foster families learn, which resulted in their better school success.
