On November 20 and 21, 2018, BaBe participated in the workshop "Management of volunteers within projects financed through the European Social Fund (ESF)" organized by the National Foundation for the Development of Civil Society. The workshop was led by Marija Brebrić and Mirela Despotović from the Center for Civil Initiatives with many years of experience working in a civil society association and managing volunteers in projects and non-project activities. During the two-day workshop, the presenters conveyed important information in an interactive way and shared their own experiences related to the different phases of the volunteering cycle, thus giving the participants a comprehensive overview of the legal obligations, rights and definitions of volunteering, along with practical instructions for creating the most successful volunteer programs.
