Project presentations were held Paving the way from poverty and violence to financial and emotional stability, 22nd and 23rd February in Vukovar and Pakrac. The project is implemented by BaBe! together with partner organizations Zvonimir from Knin, Delfin from Pakrac and the Municipality of Gračac in 6 Croatian cities: Zagreb, Vukovar, Knin, Šibenik, Gračac and Pakrac. The project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union from component IPA4 - Establishment of support for social integration and employment of vulnerable and marginalized groups.
The main goal of the project is to include long-term unemployed women victims of domestic violence, beneficiaries of social assistance, in the labor market. Representatives of local governments, the Croatian Employment Service, social welfare centers, associations of craftsmen, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, employers' associations, as well as representatives of associations that provide social services, attended both presentations. All those present supported the implementation of the project and offered assistance and cooperation in its realization.
