Due to serious problems in the functioning of the primary legal aid system, representatives of associations and legal clinics that provide legal advice and information to citizens under the Free Legal Aid Act have sent an open letter to the Ministry of Justice.
In our open letter, we specifically point out the critical situation in the financing of the free legal aid system and believe that it is necessary to review the way in which the primary legal aid system is financed.
