By program Counseling center for the prevention and suppression of domestic violence and protection against discrimination of other socially vulnerable groups The primary aim is to support the development of complementary and non-institutional services to those provided by state social welfare institutions in accordance with the principles of well-designed services based on the needs of beneficiaries and the principles of good practice in cases of domestic violence. The program would also ensure a wider range of options for choosing services, with the principle of service integration, and more effective resolution of the problems of victims of violence.
In order to relieve the burden on social welfare institutions and individualize access to people in need, the program will provide a series of interconnected activities and services, while also contributing to strengthening the capacities of all stakeholders in the system. Among the services we provide are the provision of legal advice via the SOS hotline, website, electronic and traditional mail, and personal contacts; legal advice and representation of socially deprived people; provision of psychological counseling and psychotherapy services (group/individual counseling in crisis situations and in situations where it is necessary to work more intensively with the victim, and additionally through targeted thematic interactive lectures.
